DLC and Haunted Spoken Word

The Department for Liberation (in)Corporation are the department responsible for the corporate incorporation of liberation.  They have a manifesto, an agenda, a memorandum, a vision statement, a set of guidelines, policies, yearly targets and quarterly returns dedicated to the act of liberation.

Their department delivers it’s objectives mostly the form of a rock band.
